Statistics show that approximately 8 million tonnes of plastic enter our oceans every year, and 1000 marine mammals are killed every single day when they become entangled and suffocated in abandoned fishing nets.

  
The good news is our swimwear is made from fabric that aims to solves these awful stats. There are 2 types of fabric that we use: ECONYL®️ and REPREVE. Econyl is made from recycled ocean plastic/waste like fishing nets and Repreve is made from old plastic bottles. 
  

These plastics are melted down into flakes, turned into tiny plastic chips and are then turned into fibre. These fibres are then turned into nylon fabric which is then used by our talented manufacturers to hand make all of our swimwear. You would have absolutely no idea that your super soft and comfy swimwear is made from old fishing nets and bottles!

  

 

And although we are probably biased, it’s some of the comfiest swimwear we have ever worn.
